Ladybirds are considered lucky charms in our latitudes and they are keen aphid hunters. So the mini beetles not only look beautiful, but are very useful for any garden. Scientific name: Coccinellidae. There are 4500 different species worldwide! The picture shows two ladybirds on a so-called pouring background, which I poured with acrylic colours. The colours flow into each other. The picture lives from its strong colours, mainly the red. The name ladybird is derived from the Virgin Mary.
