Leopard

Description

A great work of art for art/animal lovers and those who want to become one. Fluid Art and Painting: “LEOPARD”. The background is expressionistic and I painted the motif naturalistically. The background is elaborately created with the pouring technique, a special kind of painting. The specially prepared paint flows over the canvas. Each result is unique and not repeatable. The painting is harmoniously (intentionally) matched in colour. On the one hand, this gives it a calm effect, but the structures also make it look very lively. The equally calm-looking leopard as the main motif of the artwork is thus embedded in a special background.
The painting is covered with a protective varnish.

The leopard is based on a b/w photograph by Mathieu Pujol.

The leopard is unfortunately on the international Red List and is considered endangered.
