Description

Under the title Shea, Wil Lof introduced a new groundbreaking series of paintings.
The mystical paintings in the Shea emphatically contain style elements from abstract work and are characterized by a ‘mountain crystal’-like kaleidoscopic color palette which almost unnoticed.
But unlike other paintings with more figures at their feet, a painting from the Shea series shows only one, which is limited to the silhouette of her upper body.
