Tomas Lacke was born in 1976 and is active in Åkersberga, Stockholm. He is a contemporary artist who works experimentally to find new ways through art. With different styles and material choices, he has built a broad portfolio in both painting and sculpture where he focuses on modern society. His style is influenced by classic oil painting, street art with elements of religious imagery. In artistry there is a fascination for creating something beautiful out of the darkness that surrounds us. Lacke shines a light on life, man and his behaviour.
