1. Print-on-Demand Policy: 

Your artwork is produced on-demand, specifically for you. Due to this custom nature of production, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund once placed. However, in the event of receiving a damaged print, please contact us promptly at agnetaml@agnetamlindh.se with accompanying photographs of the damage.

2. Colour Accuracy:

The printing lab we collaborate with has meticulously calibrated its printers to ensure that the colours of your print reflect our artistic intent. However, please note that variations may occur due to differences in screen settings on various devices. As such, the appearance of photos in the webshop may slightly differ from the true colour of the fine art print.

3. Usage Rights:

By purchasing a print, you acquire the right to display it for personal viewing purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to use the print for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from us. This includes, but is not limited to, scanning, duplicating, reselling, or publishing the image. Please be aware that while you will own the physical print, the rights to the original image remain with us unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Processing and Delivery:

Orders are placed by the artist at the printers during business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Dropshipping orders require 2-5 business days for dispatch from the printers. Please note that delivery times apply once your order is dispatched.

5. Printing and Dispatch:

Our Fine Art Prints are professionally produced and dispatched from either the United Kingdom or Germany, depending on your location. Customers within the EU will have their orders fulfilled from Germany, with no additional customs fees. For customers outside the United Kingdom or EU, please note that customs costs may apply.
