Amazing

I love these thin lovely faint pink poppy flowers, I feel summer in my soul when I see poppy fields.
And, flowers in general are my favorite subject.

I never aim to depict or reproduce a flower exactly. The perfect does not interest me in painting, but I want to paint with big powerful brushstrokes and really put the words in the viewer's mouth what kind of flower it is.

My peonies can just as easily be interpreted as roses or any other flower, it is the balance between the colors and the shapes that inspires me to paint flowers in particular.

But, here you can hardly be mistaken, it is a poppy field I have painted.

Then it's just big that I want to paint, even if my back and neck take a beating.

I love working on the motifs piece by piece.

I never sketch, but, here's an exception, I actually started by drawing the circles with charcoal where the flowers would be in relation to each other.

This is because I really wanted to see them get really big, that was the massiveness I wanted here.

Big bloated flowers at the bottom as if I were lying in the middle of the sea of ​​grass and flowers, then flowers on rickety fences fading far above my head.
That was my thought with this painting.
A painting like this really gives the room character.
I think it's incredibly neat to have one or a few really large paintings, even if you don't live in such a way that the rooms are large.

Here, however, it is required that the ceiling height is a little higher than normal.

Konst påverkar hemmet positivt

Jag har sparsmakat med färger i mitt hem förutom just på väggarna.

Men just därför vill jag ha konst som syns, som gör mig glad och som ger energi.

Och, färger ger energi.

Faktiskt påverkas vi mer än vad de flesta tror av just färger.

Rött tex. ger energi men det ska vara i lagom mått, men i mina tavlor finns rött alltid med fast inte att jag enbart målar i röda färger.

Art has a positive effect on the home
I have sparingly used colors in my home except on the walls.

But that's precisely why I want art that can be seen, that makes me happy and that gives me energy.

And, colors give energy.

Actually, we are more influenced than most people think by colors.

Red, for example. gives energy but it should be in moderation, but red is always present in my paintings, although I don't only paint in red colors.

My signature is precisely the colors and not perhaps the motifs so much because I like to try new things and challenge myself to develop as an artist.

But, the colors in how I combine these are my signature.
