About the artist:

Lacke is a Swedish self-taught artist in both painting and sculpture. He has been active since the 1990s and has his studio in Åkersberga where he also lives.

“I like to work in larger formats and often receive requests of interest where you are looking for decoration in public and in integration with nature. I have always liked creating things – being able to express myself with images, sounds, or form. It has stimulated and along the way pushed me to explore different techniques in art.”

Thomas´s works are part of important private and public collections in Sweden and abroad. He creates steel sculptures which have been used as an award in several competitions and his large-scale sculptures in outdoor public art.

His paintings are in the Abstract and fugitive direction often with mixed media on linen.
