Memories

Memories, awakened by scent, by sound… sometimes they hardly have an image, but they are deeply imprinted in our subconscious

This painting is made over a collage, on canvas. I painted in various layers and mainly with oil. I also use  spray paint, acrylics. 

Then i applied layers of liquid glass. The liquid glass  makes the colours more lively and sparkling, and give a profundity to the image. It is as if the faces are under water. Depending from perspective and light, there are different reflections that play with the painted image, and magical light effects.
