My name is Anna Fridström and I have created art in various forms since I was a child. I have
mainly chosen to specialize in glass as a form of expression and also make associated paintings in it
mixed media that fits my glass as I love a lot of color and shape.
I have my roots in Småland and Öland and have grown up in the kingdom of glass and have always been fascinated by the magic of the glowing mass and seeing my piece of glass form and grow in the heat
the cabin from my sketch is enchanting.
Öland’s beautiful nature inspires me the most in my creations. The coast, the gravity, and the structure of nature and form are reflected in my glass, which is formed in Oldergaard’s Glashytta in south-eastern Öland.
