Vendor Biography

Al Michel Saja is a visionary artist whose work transcends the boundaries of the visible world, unveiling the hidden beauty of the unseen. His paintings serve as a bridge between the tangible reality we know and the mystical, dreamlike dimensions that lie just beyond ordinary perception.

Born in Africa with an insatiable curiosity, Saja embarked on countless journeys across continents, immersing himself in the traditions, myths, and landscapes of diverse civilizations. From the sacred temples of the East to the pyramids of Yucatan, each experience deepened his understanding of the interconnectedness of all things.
These travels became the foundation of his artistic language—one where reality is not merely depicted but alchemized into a poetic dreamscape.

His paintings are portals—delicate yet powerful bridges connecting the tangible with the
ethereal, where reality dissolves into dreamlike symbolism, and the familiar is imbued with the extraordinary.

There is a quiet magic in his work—an invitation to step beyond the confines of the everyday and into a realm where beauty is not just observed but felt in the soul.
For Saja, painting is not just a practice but a pilgrimage—a journey into the invisible, from which he returns with glimpses of the sublime. His art does not seek to explain the mystery but to honor it, offering viewers a chance to remember the beauty that lies just beyond sight.
