We keep the faith

This lady is the leader of a kindergarten in the large Khaelitsha Township. The existence and history of the townships are a disgrace to humanity. Shame on the people who caused the exodus of the authentic population from their homes in the cities into these slums of waste, neglect and poverty. Admiration for the many that try their best to make life shine and teach new values to the children. Like this mother of mother does every day, in her kindergarten.

Not religious myself, i have learned in South Africa what strength belief can give to a challenges people. It can give hope, meaning, unity and the power to continue forwards
