animae: THE SOURCE, a values-based deck

€34.0

Animae: The Source, a Values-Based deck is an open-ended tool for self-discovery, self-healing, and community-building.

Have you ever wondered what drives you? Or explored the true motivation in regards to your career choices, community, companions, or hobbies. Working with this set of 48 core values can reveal what matters most in various aspects of your life. Whether it’s identifying your top 5 values or starting your day with an intuitive card draw, aligning with your personal values is essential for a mindful, purposeful life.

Identifying core values will unlock the answers you seek and guide you on a path of introspection-led action.

There is no wrong value. The value you most need, is the value seeking you.

The deck includes:

  • 48 core values printed with a sateen finish (cards measure 2.75” × 4.75”)
  • Booklet with 8 suggested activities
  • 2-piece box

This is a wholly original approach to working with values – to seeking your inner source – and to unlocking self-guided answers.

Description

These specific values were selected with the intention of aiding you in the deep remembering of who you are and what is most important to you. This is a tool for everyone, from teachers, to HR, to therapists, to coaches.

  • They are a tool for self-discovery and self-healing
  • For building community, whether that’s in the conference room, family dinner table, or a night out with friends
  • For exploration and bridging conflicts or differences through awareness, discussions, and shared connectedness
  • For self-discovery of your next steps, whether that’s in a relationship; at work; on the field with your teammates; or a discussion with your boss or family.

There is no wrong way to approach this deck.

The abstract art acts as its own depth-tool. When you work with the value, be sure to tune in on an intuitive-gut-level; and reflect on what you see in the symbol, the colors, and the textures. How does that activate the value for you? Does it remind you a memory or a dream? How does that relate to your initial goal or intention with the cards.

What value is seeking you?

The original art for Animae: The Source is created by hand and printed on Elizabeth’s etching press. During her studies at The New School, she gravitated towards the printmaking technique of collagraphy. Each original symbol is cut from mat board, layered with textures, inked, wiped and printed with Charbonnel oil-based etching ink and BFK Rives printmaking paper.

About the Creator and Artist:

She and her family now live on Boston’s North Shore, where Elizabeth’s bi-coastal ocean muse is a source of profound inspiration.
