”Let silence speak
and give space to the unspoken.
A timeless presence.
A movement within stillness.”
I paint intuitively. I wish to create an atmospere where you, as the viewer, feels invited to pause, reflect – and perhaps discover something beyond the visible.
My process often begins with an inner impulse, where the painting is allowed to grow and take shape on its own. My visual language is minimalistic, pure and timeless. I build layer upon layer, allowing earlier layers to remain visible. In this way, time becomes part of the work – each layer bearing traces of what once was, reminding us how our history shapes what we see.
I primarily work with acrylics, often combining various materials such as pastes, sand, cement and even other mediums to create textures, eventually creating three-dimensional forms.
My color palette is typically restrained and subtle, allowing tones to blend and dissolve into each other. I believe this contributes to a sense of calm and a dreamlike quality I aim to evoke.
I am inspired by patterns and textures found in nature, as well as by weathered surfaces that carry stories and the marks of time where the beauty lays in simplicity, the subdued, the quiet and the unspoken.
