This zebra portrait was inspired by the striking appearance of this species. I saw a small photo of this zebra looking directly at the viewer. I enjoyed capturing its gaze and rendering its black and white hide. I have managed to bring some warmth into the image, capturing its amber eye and touches of brownish gold in the skin tones.
