QFV – quantum fluctuations of vacuum

A classic vacuum where nothing exists and simultaneously nothing happens is in contradiction to the quantum principle of indeterminacy viewpoint, where vacuum consists in continuous fluctuations: virtual particle creation and annihilation processes with participation of quanta of exchange. The creation energy of the virtual particles is ‘borrowed’ from vacuum and must be ‘returned’ in the process of annihilation or the creation of antiparticles, all with the share of quanta of exchange, the energy of which may be in turn absorbed for creation of further particle-antiparticle pairs….and so on. A larger energy loan requires a return in a shorter time – high-energy particles ‘live’ shorter. The sum of the energy of all processes including matter and antimatter is zero (the energy of vacuum – of ‘empty’ time-space). On the other hand, probably this ‘zero’ represents about 70% of energy and mass of the Universe [Jim Baggott, “Quantum Space……”(2018) and citations therein]. Don’t you see convergence here with the Greek Chaos concept as a potency of Everything?
