Description
Torrential rain on a brief visit to New Orleans meant having to shelter in a bar, eat fishcakes and drink cocktails at 11 in the morning, even the boat trip was cancelled, but still we had a wonderful. This painting was done using west on wet techniques and with lots of colour inspired by the neon signs glistening through the heavy rain.
