Reliquiae’s Artistic Director, Héctor Jareño, wanted the brand’s new iconic bag to bear the name of the artist who created the work Imagen doblada, Irma Álvarez-Laviada (Gijón, 1978).

Jareño, a great admirer of Álvarez-Laviada’s work, was quickly attracted by the magnitude and beauty of the work and its ability to provoke in the viewer a sincere interest resulting from technical curiosity.

IRMA is made out of the best italian leather by our artisans. Small in size but with an interior capacity and a shoulder strap combing metal chain and leather.
