SPLASH OF LIFE
Daria is 5 years old and lives in Kadewere village in Southern Malawi. She was so happy about this new borehole in her village. She
kept on playing with the running fresh and clean water as she was drinking. Many women and girls in Malawi can spend up to eight
hours each day fetching water. In Kadewere they used to use a dirty water source which was very difficult to access. Many children
also got sick from the dirty water. Daria was very happy for her positive change in her village, as she also could focus on school!
