Michael Breihahn

In my younger years, I created only a few pictures and instead devoted myself intensively to musical
creation, mainly in free, improvised music. One formation in which I was active for a long time in its
early phase was the Heinrich-Mucken-Saal-Orchester, which existed from 1982 to 2007.
From 1990 to 1993 I produced numerous acrylic and oil paintings and some watercolors. Then there
was a 10-year creative break. In 2004 I started producing digital works. The subject to which I am currently dedicated. My focus is on the digital processing of my photos. When I see a subject that I find interesting, I photograph it and make something new out of it. My only criterion is the fun
of the work and the result must be good to me and ideally pleasing others as well.
