Nature and the different scales of it fascinates me, I usually find my motives there or in daily incidents and problems.

For my pictures, I use the Giclée Fine Art printing technique on paper or canvas. This allows me to
produce them as single originals or as very limited editions.
Nature and its different scales of it fascinate me. I usually find my motives there or in daily incidents
and problems.
I have shown my pieces of art at several exhibitions, some of them juried, galleries and companies, in
Sweden and abroad. 2018 I was asked to make works of art to decorate the Nobel prize diplomas
2018-2020.
” I was born and grew up in Gothenburg. Today I live in Höganäs on the southwest coast of Sweden.
After several years working as an interior designer, mostly with hotel projects, I now spend my time on
my art.
Watercolor painting was the first technique I tried and later studied, mainly at the Gerlesborg School
of Arts, north of Gothenburg.
As an interior designer, I often used the computer software Photoshop.
This gave me the idea to combine watercolor painting and other techniques with a computer to add
effects.” Elsebeth Malmsten.
